On behalf of Equip for Equality, EFE Senior Counsel Karen I. Ward accepts the 2002 Interagency Committee on Employees with Disabilities (ICED) award as the Non-Profit Organization of the Year. Presenting the award at the May 15 ceremony in Springfield is Department of Human Rights Director Carlos J. Salazar, who co-chaired the committee with Department of Human Services Secretary Linda Renée Baker. =
