This policy covers how EFE uses personal information we collect and receive, including information related to past use of EFE programs and services. How we gather information from users

Our site’s “Donation” form requires you to give us contact information (name and address, email address, etc.). Financial and banking information as disclosed on checks and faxes containing charge card type, number, expiration date and signature is deemed confidential and is not disclosed to others except as noted below. Faxes containing charge card information are destroyed as soon as payment has been verified.

Please note that in order to process checks and charge card donations, we give your check or charge card information to the appropriate banks and credit card companies.

Online transactions

Credit card transactions through this EFE site are processed and verified by VeriSign. Your credit card number and billing information is provided to VeriSign and your banking or credit institution. Children

EquipforEquality.org does not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from or about children under 13 except as permitted by law.
