Top Sound Engineer Danny Leake Agrees to Master JMP CD
Danny Leake, a Chicago guitarist, studio mainstay in the 60s and 70s, and now world-class sound smith has come on board as the Justice Music Project's mastering engineer.
An in-demand session player while still in his teens, Danny eventually expanded his talents to become a much sought-after live sound and studio recording guru. Now as an industry veteran and one of its leading engineers, Danny has recorded everything from Hip Hop to Hard Rock, Country to Classical to Gospel and has several engineering, gold record awards, and Grammy nominations to his credit. Platinum artists he has worked with include Kanye West, Janet Jackson, Sting, Hank Williams, Jr., Candlebox, Willie Nelson, Stevie Wonder, Dennis DeYoung, Ramsey Lewis, and New Edition among others.
Danny is founder of Urban Guerrilla Engineers in Chicago, where the top JMP submissions will be compiled for the JMP CD.
