  • Technical assistance
  • Legal representation

We help people obtain AT in many different situations, including:

  • Medicaid

  • Special education
  • Employment
  • Private insurance
  • Vocational rehabilitation services

AT cases that affect many people

We also handle cases that have broad impact on major AT problems, including access to government services, schools and private businesses.  Examples of specific cases we’ve handled are listed below.  Click a category below to learn more:

We collaborate with the blind community

We meet with members of the blind community twice a year to discuss legal issues affecting them.  See our Blind Community Group page to learn more.
