TBI advocacy services

Through our TBI Project, we provide one-on-one self-advocacy assistance, legal representation and legal rights training to aid people with TBI in these areas:

  • Discrimination
  • Special education
  • Community integration
  • Guardianship
  • Safety from abuse and neglect
  • The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
  • The Social Security Ticket to Work Program

TBI Advisory Council

We meet quarterly with our TBI Advisory Council to assess and understand the legal and advocacy needs of the Illinois TBI community.  Learn more by visiting our TBI Advisory Council page.
