Speak up and speak out at the Going Home Rally

Show support for people with disabilities living in the community

We were invited by the Arc of Illinois to participate in a media campaign designed to promote and raise awareness about community living (“Going Home”).   As part of that campaign, self advocates are being invited to participate in a rally at the State Capitol on March 26, 2014 from 9:30 am to 1:00 pm. We hope to  make an impact by having a large number of people in Springfield  that day to advocate for people with disabilities living in the community of their choice.  For more information about this event, go to the website for the Going Home Rally.
