Weekly Legislative Update – October 2, 2020


The following are disability-related bills and/or issues pending in the Illinois General Assembly that are scheduled to be heard in committee during the week of October 5, 2020:

Joint Hearing of the Senate Human Services Committee and Senate Public Health Committee

SUBJECT MATTER: Social Determinants/Influencers of Health and Health Disparities

VIRTUAL HEARING: This hearing will be conducted remotely via Zoom and be broadcast live on the General Assembly website: Members of the public may submit electronic witness slips or electronic testimony via the General Assembly website in advance of the hearing.
