Judge Agrees EFE Employment Discrimination Case Should Proceed to Trial

On November 25, 2014, Judge Sara Ellis ruled that Equip for Equality’s employment discrimination case on behalf of a woman with mental illness should proceed to trial. The case was brought against the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County under the Family and Medical Leave Act, the Rehabilitation Act, and the Americans with Disabilities Act.
