We promote the rights of people with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) by giving self-advocacy assistance, legal help, and training through our TBI Project. Â
TBI advocacy services
Through our TBI Project, we provide one-on-one self-advocacy assistance, legal representation and legal rights training to aid people with TBI in these areas:
- Discrimination
- Special education
- Community integration
- Guardianship
- Safety from abuse and neglect
- The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)
Our TBI Project is supported in part by a grant from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration for Community Living.
